I wake up, pray, get kids ready for school e.g. shower, breakfast, get myself ready for the day, do school run, resume work, pick kids up from school, make dinner, have family dinner, read with kids, pray, get kids to bed, watch TV/read, then I go to bed

I used to work in the Lab, got fed up with the white coat and decided a change of career is needed. To start a career in Regulatory, a science related degree is needed and since I have Chemistry degree, I started searching for Regulatory job. I secured interview within 1 month of searching and was offered the possition of Regulatory Affairs Specialist a week after my interview with the Regulatory Director.

My Mom (deceased) because of her selflessness, acceptance of others, confidence and hardwork.

If you are married with/without children, how do you balance/align your home commitments with your career/side hustle workload?
I try to set healthy boundaries, practice active listening and making my time with my husband and children count. Making clear commitments and sticking to them.
What one piece of advice would you give to other women about them stepping into their power and purpose unapologetically?
Play to your strengths.
Empower yourself by understanding your strengths and using them to overcome your weaknesses.
Also make complacency your enemy.
