This can include activities like exercise, meditation, getting enough sleep, and engaging in hobbies or activities you enjoy. Remember that taking care of yourself allows you to be a better caregiver to your child


BE PRESENT & ENGAGED:

Motherhood can be hectic and stressful at times, but it's important to be present and engaged with your child. Set aside dedicated time each day to spend quality time with your child, whether that's playing a game, reading a book, or having a conversation. Put away distractions like your phone or computer to fully focus on your child


SEEK SUPPORT:

Motherhood can be isolating and overwhelming, but you don't have to go through it alone. Seek support from other moms, whether it's through joining a support group or connecting with other parents in your community. Remember that asking for help is a sign of strength, not weakness.
