Mary Fashanu is the founder of Made For More International CIC, a community interest company created to help women step into their power and purpose across faith, business, career, leadership and lifestyle.
A strategist at heart, Mary partners with founders and organisations to embed culture through strategy, systems and structure — from inception to long-term sustainability. Her work is built on a simple belief: successful businesses and thriving communities don't happen by accident, they are designed.
Through her 3S Framework™ — Start. Scale. Sustain. — Mary has supported early-stage founders, scaling businesses, leadership teams and established organisations to align values, leadership and systems for long-term impact.
She has been recognised among the Top 100 African Business Leaders, named a finalist for Outstanding Entrepreneur of the Year at the Northern Power Women Awards, and nominated as Best Mentor of the Year and Female Leader of the Year at the Veblen Leadership Awards 2025, alongside multiple other honours for community empowerment and business excellence.
